Instructions

4. Assign the execute permissions to the script:
  
  [Expert@HostName]# chmod +x cpsizeme
Important Note: When downloading a file with a *.TGZ / *.TAR.GZ extension using Google Chrome browser, the file extension might be renamed by Google Chrome browser, for example, to: *.GZ / *.TAR

Either download the file using a different browser, or rename the file back to *.TGZ / *.TAR.GZ before extracting it.
